Your role at PALO IT

Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional, who should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers and co-workers. For this position, it is also essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends. Ultimately, you should be able to expand our company’s digital footprint and brand awareness. Close to the CEO and reporting to the Global Marketing Manager based in Hong Kong, you will collaborate with MarCom, Design & Sales teams from all our offices, to coordinate and produce high quality compelling content.

Key activities

• Driven by PALO IT identity and the global Marketing strategy, define content marketing strategies to engage our audiences on a regular basis.

• Act as writer, editor and project manager for PALO IT key marketing deliverables (website, blog, social media, corporate presentation, customer credentials, expert biographies, newsletters, brochures, etc.) and internal communication materials (welcome handbook, e-campaigns, event invitations, HR videos, etc.)

• Develop editorial calendar based on marketing initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Coordinate content with internal contributors from all our offices (France, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mexico), as well as with our PR agency (only in France).

• Support Management Team in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual meeting presentations and official releases.

• Edit, proofread, translate and improve content.

Your profile

Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or relevant field, you have at least 5 years of proven work experience as a Content Marketing Manager, Copywriter or Editor. You have the ability to find creative and engaging ways of presenting information, as well as generate new ideas. You have an excellent capacity to analyze and summarize. You are native English & fluent French speaker, with excellent communication & writing skills. Must have: an enthusiastic and optimistic attitude, with a great sense of humor & fun to work with!
